Orders are dispatched within five working day via Royal Mail (tracked). During busy periods, it may take longer to process your order and UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays. 

 

Postage charges:

•    1st Class Royal Mail (1-2 working days) Tracked £4.19 (free for orders worth £45 or more).

•    Royal Mail International Standard (3-5 working days) and International Tracked & Signed are also available. Costs will be shown on the website.

•    If you are local to Regents Park, LOCAL COLLECTION is always available. Just select that option at CHECKOUT and we will email you when it is ready to pick up.

 

Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply.

If your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us on info@rosalena.co.uk and let us know your order number and the reason for your request.
